Blend of Clairette, Ugni Blanc, Chardonnay and Sauvignon.
Fresh dry wine, in which peach and melon combines with fennel and field herbs. Clairette and Ugni Blanc are reminiscent of the typical southern French style.
Elegant, drinkable and juicy.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Cinsault and Carignan
Fruity but also droppy drinker, medium weight, where the black fruit of the Cabernet is recognizable, without making it very full. Nice glass!

EXPLANATION – Chateau St. Thomas, Les Gourmets Blanc, Bekaa Valley
Blend of Sauvignon, Chardonnay and Obeidy.
The Sauvignon fruit is more dominant in this wine, with more green apples, kiwi, boxwood, but also the fullness of the Chardonnay and the spicyness of the Obeidy.

Blend of Cinsault, Grenache and Carignan
Fruity but quite sturdy rosé, which can accompany the mezze nicely. The red fruit combines the underlying thyme and other herbs.

Blend of Syrah, Cinsault, Grenache and Cabernet Sauvignon.
Now the Rhône grapes Syrah and Grenache dominate here, and it makes the wine a bit fuller with a bit more body.
